bluetooth you have to try the same pin in both phones, you write 1111 as pin in the a988 and the other phone has to accept as 1111 pin too

Is there anyway you could answer a few questions regarding this phone? I can’t use the draw function to write text messages. I can’t connect to the internet or blue tooth? Could you please tell me how? I would greatly appreciate your help!
