Timothy P asked:

Explorer keeps saying that the “File is in use by another program” but I know for a fact that it is not.
HELP! How can I delete or otherwise get rid of the file?

  1. AJCO Says:

Well you could restart your computer and press F8 to start up your computer in safe mode then look for the file again(in safe mode) and delete it.

there is no direct answer for this question
may be can when u restart the computer
or try to do it in safe mode which will launch the most basic computer to start with so that the program which may be using it will not start when u start you computer.
of all of these dont work
try to open with wordpad then try to delete most of text in it and save and then try deleting it.
