Alex G asked:

My father is a cardiologist and runs an office where all the patient files are stored on the computer in .pdf format. We’re looking for a better, more intelligent way to sort, organize and open files. If anyone can think of any good file management programs, can you list them here? Thanks.

you can try A43 File Management Utility, it is a freeware file management utility for Windows 2000/XP.

    here are some features:

Integrated text editor with unlimited size. Dynamic highlighting for the web.
Integrated zip/unzip features. Simply drag-n-drop files or click a button. You can also turn your zip archives into self-extracting archives the same way.
Integrated file search to quickly locate and jump to those lost files.
Integrated quick launch area for fast access to the programs you use the most.

you can check these links for more details:

    hope it can help you.
