I’m working for a company that would essentially like to go paperless. How much the software is is not a problem ( I wont be paying for it) but I need something that is easy, reliable and secure that can be used by me and my co-worker (shared between our laptops. We will be dealing with confidential information. Its a small, but growing business, and we will be scanning documents no more than 300

    I have implemented Xerox DocuShare for a customer and it has been a huge benefit to their business. They even have a secure online version that you could use. In my case, we built an onsite server and installed the software in house. It would require a decent small business server and time build and configure the system. I would plan on about a $10K four to six week project to get it in place properly.
