vincent i asked:

Are there any RMO’s using this facility? I am hoping to find a fellow practitioner in Records Management that I can bounce ideas off e.g. What does one do with paper files and what is the best way to file title these records?

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to take paper records and documents and convert them to an electronic format. You need a document management system (DMS) and a scanner. Most of these are very expensive, though, so don’t be too stunned by a 5-digit price tag with no decimal point.

if you are looking for a small-scale version, Dell Network printers come with a free version in their setup disk. I also used Paperworks. Large scale - be prepared to spend a lot of money.
