You could just use the usb drive and transfer data from connected computer to the usb drive. Then use the usb drive on the unconnected computer to transfer data. The usb drive is better than a floppy disk by far. Caution, even if you use the USB Cable to transfer data from internet computer to the unconnected computer, you might be able to get internet just by using the usb transfer cable. Download and burn to CD, Then boot your computer up with it.
