I am getting some problem while using fopen command while i try to run the script in the mozilla firefox

i am getting the error like tis

Warning: fopen(welcome.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\trail\file.php on line 5
and my actual code is like this

$file=fopen("welcome.txt","r");
?>

and i wanna say another thing also this code s running in internet explorer.

So plz give me the solution for this..

Why is it considered a bad idea to store a large number of files “on” the desktop — other than the standard “My Documents”, etc., which are actually shortcuts? To clarify: I often make new folders right on the desktop, and then work from there. So, the desktop isn’t cluttered looking at all — files are in their own folders, and there aren’t many of them, but some have large files in them — and a friend of mine said this isn’t a good idea etc., and to only use shortcuts to folders. How much does it really affect performance?
Again, to clarify, NOT even dozens of icons, in fact, let’s say there are only 5 icons, but they represent folders made ON the desktop that have large files IN them…

I bought an ipod and installed itunes and added all the music from my computer to itunes’ library, but some of my songs have the title and artist under the name and not split out in two different fields. Is there a way for itunes to do this automatically without me manually having to change 500 plus songs manually?
