We have a mosquito problem, and the basic cleaning (that is part of the lease agreement) doesn’t get done thoroughly ever despite numerous complaints.

I work in City Governemnt where our Senior Management thinks they’re God. All the rules that apply to lower level management doesn’t seem to apply to them. They seem to do whatever they want, legal or illegal…then it’s up to the City’s lawyers to get them out of it based on their own lies and spin. Does anyone know what happens when employee law suits (discrimination, harassment, etc.) are filed against them. Are they ever held accountable?
